ACS VICTORIA PRESENTS

Victorian Annual General Meeting

You are invited to the 2020 Victorian ACS Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on the 11th of June via Zoom.

The formal procedure at the AGM is that the current committee stands down and a new committee is then elected.

We are always keen to hear from members who are interested in joining and now is a great time to contribute your ideas!

Please consider carefully the roles and the responsibility that is required if you are interested in nominating. The role of a committee member is one that does require time, commitment and responsibility but is a great opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of your ACS.

If you would like to nominate yourself, or a loved one, or just want more information about what is involved, please get in touch with us at  - vic@cinematographer.org.au

St Kilda Film Festival 12th-20th June
"Proudly presented and produced by the City of Port Phillip, the Festival supports the Australian film industry by turning the spotlight on exceptional films by both emerging talent and short works by accomplished industry professionals. Due to government social distancing restrictions in place to limit the spread of COVID-19, the 2020 St Kilda Film Festival will be presented online from 12 to 20 June."

The ACS partners with St Kilda Film Festival each year to present a workshop or panel. This year we've put together a video about how the cinematographer chooses their lens. Check it out during the festival in "The Big Picture" section on their website.
