| | Please read the text below from Viv Rushbrook's daughter, Sarah regarding a memorial service.
"Hello everyone - this is Sarah Rushbrook, Viv Rushbrook's daughter. As some of you might know, my family and I are trying to organise a special memorial service for Mum, who just recently wrapped her Final Project. Although she (as usual) gave 200% on this last episode, she was not able to win this battle and succumbed to her fight with cancer at 9:15am on the 19th January 2016. She went with peace and had been supported by her family in her final days. We are holding a memorial for Mum, at Lake Daylesford, on April the 3rd. More information on times etc is yet to come, so please hang tight. (It will be quite informal, with rugs on the lawn beside the lake). She grew up there as a child and it was her wish to have her ashes spread on the Lake.

We are desperately hoping that the film industry grapevine can weave it's magic and those of you who knew her can pass on these details to all the relevant cast, crew and friends who would like to farewell Mum. I've tried really hard to "befriend" people on Facebook, send messages etc - but alas - people, especially of the celebrity kind, are understandably very private and protected within their Facey world, so many of my requests and messages have been unable to break through. One person mum adored of whom I've not been able to contact is Olivia Newton-John (they worked together on Snowy River I believe) so if anyone can assist me in sharing information, I'd be deeply appreciative.

So, please, I encourage you to get in touch via email, or even just to text me, to let me know if you have a desire to come, farewell Mum by the Lake, and perhaps cheers to Mumma with a stiff scotch. My email: willoughy.jane@gmail.com (no 'B' in the Willoughy) phone number is: 0428 804 460 - Facebook is Sarah Rushbrook (Profile picture is me and Mum) Much love and gratitude to all the lovely friends of Mum who've reached out. It's kept me in touch with my Mum. More to come, feel free to text for more information - Sarah" Sarah's email link below
