| | Can you please spare a few hours?
As you will have heard, ACS Victoria is holding an expo called I Like To Move It over the weekend of the Vic/Tas Awards. This will be a wonderful event and has been gathering great support and much enthusiasm from the industry. ILTMI is at Docklands Studios on Stage 4 and the area around it. There will be a helicopter, Drones, MovI, Steadicam, Cranes, Dollies, Tripods, lots of cameras and lots of people. PLUS there will be food vans, coffee vans, friends and amazing sunny weather.... BUT it is spread out and we need to control a large area. Please, we need some extra hands. The ACS Committee is flat out with ILTMI and the Awards night and can't manage it all at the same time. Can you please help? It will involve just hanging around, keeping an eye on things, pointing a bit, looking important, wearing a fluoro vest and making it safe and fun for attendees. You can even Check In on Facebook so people think you're hanging with Kate Winslet. WHERE: DOCKLANDS STUDIOS STAGE 4
WHEN: Sat and Sun, Nov 15 & 16 from 0800 - 1700. Open 10:00-16:00
HOW LONG?: As long as you can but even a couple of hours will be great. We will make a roster based on what you can do.
WHAT DO YOU GET?: Free entry to this free entry event and kudos, lots of kudos and famous people will like you. (if you're famous, ordinary people will admire you). We may come up with some give aways.
WHO CAN APPLY?: Current ACS Members Only SERIOUSLY, THIS WILL HELP US MAKE THIS EVENT REALLY GREAT (ER)
