Shooting Episodic TV with Joanne Donahoe-Beckwith and Jaems Grant ACS - Updated Booking Process

Join us at Backlot Studios next Tuesday July 15 at 7pm, when ACS Vic conducts an evening discussing the process for shooting Australian TV drama and comedy in today's TV landscape.

We are lucky to have with us two very experienced DP's who have shot a lot of TV throughout their careers as well as Feature Films, TVC's, Music Videos etc., and they will share with us their experiences, advice and anecdotes for getting to the end of each day successfully on a TV show or Telemovie in 2014. The discussion and screenings of segments will include the importance of pre-production, visualisation, story-telling and crew relationships as well as maintaining the highest quality throughout. The audience is invited to engage in the conversation.

Joanne Donahoe-Beckwith has just wrapped on "It's a Date", the second series and is also well known for shows like "Frontline" and "A River Somewhere".

Jaems Grant ACS has just wrapped on "Time Of Our Lives" and has shot projects such as "Australia On Trial" and "Mystery of a Handsome Cab"
