2012 - 2013 Membership Fees Now Due

Your ACS membership fees are due to be paid by June 30 2012. Invoices will not be issued, so please go to our website www.cinematographer.org.au & log on using your username (normally your surname followed by the first 2 letters of your given name) and your password.

When your page opens, you will see on the right side under Membership, a blue "Renew now." Click on this and a "Pay Your Membership" window opens. You will need to enter your username and password again before selecting your membership type from the drop down menu.

Then fill in your credit card details & click submit - only once! If you wish, print the tax invoice for your records, particularly if you wish to claim your membership against your tax or wish to claim the GST. It must be easy as I have just paid my membership and if I can do it anyone can!

If you have joined in the last couple of months your membership will carry through to June 30 2013 so you will not have to pay again till next year.

If you have any queries or don't wish to pay by visa then contact our treasurer via the link below.

ACS Award-winning Film "Swerve" Opens in Cinemas

Swerve, a feature film shot by SA member David Foreman ACS, opened in cinemas last week.

"Driving cross-country to a job interview, Colin (David Lyons) opts for a shortcut and happens across a fatal car accident. One of the drivers (Emma Booth) is shaken but not hurt, while the other lies dead - leaving a briefcase full of money without an owner. Despite his best intentions, Colin quickly finds himself drawn into a deadly game of survival, where no one is quite what they seem."

David won a Gold Award at the SA/WA ACS Awards for his work on Swerve, which is screening in many local cinemas, including Wallis Noarlunga, Mitcham and Mt. Barker.
