VICTORIAN ACS PRESENTS:

ARI WEGNER ACS ON THE APPLEBOX
The ACS Victoria is proud to present this online Q&A event with esteemed cinematographer Ari Wegner ACS, who has recently returned to our shores after shooting Jane Campion's latest feature film The Power of The Dog.

Please join us while we chat with Ari about her career, her diverse body of work and anything else you're interested in hearing about! If you'd like to do a little viewing homework before the event, you can catch some of Ari's captivating work on Stan, including The True History of The Kelly Gang (2019), Stray (2018), The Girlfriend Experience (8 eps in Season 2)(2017), and Lady Macbeth (2016). More of Ari's recent work includes The Kettering Incident (2016), In Fabric (2018) and the yet to be released Sundance Film Festival favourite, Zola (2020).

We'll be answering questions on the night, but would also love to receive your questions before the event, so please email them in to events.vic@cinematographer.net.au

And thanks to everyone on the outgoing committee for their awesome work over the last 12 months, particularly Clayton Lloyd who has created the posters for almost everyone of our events over the last three years, often with little notice and not much detail! Clayton has now stepped down.

I thank all those who have returned for another year, and warmly welcome the new comers.

To all members, we want to hear your news, your questions and ideas for events. It’s your Society, don’t be shy - get in touch!

All the best for the upcoming still fairly strange times we are in.

Erika
