SPECIAL EVENT WITH STEPHEN F. WINDON ACS ASC - RSVP ESSENTIAL

As part of the 2015 QLD ACS Awards celebration, Lemac will be hosting a special presentation evening with this year's Guest of Honour Stephen F. Windon ACS ASC, exclusively for ACS Members. This event will be a rare opportunity to hear Stephen discuss his prolific work as a cinematographer internationally, transitioning from a news and documentary cameraman for the ABC, to one of the most sought after cinematographers in Hollywood.

In 2010, Windon received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Cinematography for a ‘Miniseries or Movie’ for the Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks/Gary Goetzman – produced, HBO epic The Pacific. During 2013 Stephen’s work was seen worldwide with the summer hit, 3D action adventure G.I. Joe Retaliation for Paramount, starring Dwayne Johnson and Bruce Willis.

2015 saw the release of Fast and Furious 7, directed by James Wan and Stephen’s fourth film in the franchise. His three other pics in this highly successful series being, Fast and Furious – Tokyo Drift, Fast Five and Fast & Furious 6, all collaborations with Director Justin Lin. Windon has just completed principle photography on Star Trek – Beyond for Paramount Pictures, securing his position as a versatile cinematographer of big budget filmmaking.
