2014 AWARDS - CHANGE TO DEADLINE

The 2014 ACS QLD Annual Awards for Cinematography are open for submission - follow the LINK BELOW. This year, it is advised that you provide the highest resolution as possible for you entry submissions, ideally in PRORES 422.

Due to judging venue restrictions with the G20 Summit closures, the entries HARD CLOSE date is now: COB TUESDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER 2014

You can deliver your HDD’s or USB sticks to TIM JORDIN at Lemac (5 Exhibition Street, Bowen Hills). There will also be facility to transfer your data while-you-wait, so you do not have to leave your HDD’s.

EFT is preferred payment, although credit cards will be accepted if you contact the secretary at acsqld@austcine.org.au with your details.

Lemac are holding a series of FREE lighting seminars in Australia, with Brisbane kicking off next Wednesday 3rd September @ 6:30pm.

GRIFFITH FILM SCHOOL - Lord David Puttnam Seminars

This is your chance to hear, see and speak to the Producer of Chariots of Fire, The Mission and Midnight Express (and more) - Lord David Puttnam. David has won 10 Academy Awards, 25 BAFTAs and the Palme D'Or for his films.
He is now sharing his knowledge with you.

For the 3rd year David is giving his Seminar series at the Griffith Film School. For the first time, he will give 1 of these seminars IN PERSON.
