STILL OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS
After some feedback from members, we are now opening up the applications to include those who can't do the entire 5 days! Send us in your application with information on which days you are able to attend and we will take these into consideration.
The 2013 Masterclass is hosted by ELLERY RYAN ACS with special guests including Mark Wareham ACS, Andrew Conder ACS SOC, Jason Hargreaves ACS and Tony O'Loughlan The ACS in association with the Griffith Film School are once again offering to fill 12 limited places for ACS Qld members to participate in this intensive 5 day Cinematography Masterclass. Hosted by Ellery Ryan ACS (Van Diemen's Land, Rage in Placid Lake, LAD) this masterclass takes you through the philosophy of pre-production approach, to hands-on shooting with professional crew in both studio sets and on location; and then the post-production process including a full grade alongside a professional colourist. You must be a currently financial Qld ACS Member to apply. To register your interest and apply, you need to write 25-50 words about your own cinematography journey to date, and what you would get out of spending 5 days alongside some masters of their craft. Applications will be reviewed and selected on merit and the benefit they would get from this masterclass, so let us know exactly where your career has taken you to so far. Please email all applications, including your full name and ACS membership number to acsqld@austcine.org.au or via the link below.
