Beyond the Bolex - Screening and Q&A
In 1920, Jacques Bolsey, a Jewish immigrant from Russia, creates a camera that would change the world: the Bolex. 90 years later, his great-grandaughter pieces this history together in a documentary about the creation of this significant tool that effectively democratised filmmaking for the public.
New Farm Cinemas invites ACS members to a special screening of Alyssa Bolsey's personal documentary, with a Q&A with the acclaimed filmmaker, hosted by ACS's own Mick Fanning! ACS members are permitted to purchase tickets at concession pricing.
