An Evening with Kees van Oostrum ASC
The ACS will be hosting an evening with ASC President, Kees van Oostrum ASC.

Large Format Camera and Lens Master Class
ARRI Australia is bringing ASC President, Kees van Oostrum ASC to Australia to run the country's first Large Format Camera and Lens Master Class. It's a must for cinematographers and crew who need to understand the creative and technical benefits of shooting in Large Format, particularly as it compares to the industry standard Super 35 production Australia has relied on for more than a decade. The Master Class is open to all ACS members and production industry professionals and will be held in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland from July 22nd.

NSW Awards Entries Open Soon
The 2019 ACS NSW Awards for Cinematography will be once again take place in November. That may be four months away but before the big night member's work has to be entered and judged. Entries will be accepted from August 1st (9am) until August 21st (6pm) so it's time to start thinking about the work you would like to enter. Take that step to placing your first, or another, Gold Tripod on your mantelpiece.
