Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Thank you to all our members who participated in the Camera Workforce Census last year as your contributions have now been distilled into a world first report on the Australian Camera Workforce titled
A WIDER LENS that was launched to the world last week. This report is yours and all your stories matter. It is definitely sobering reading, but I think we should use this as an opportunity for cultural change, so as our industry grows we create a more diverse, healthy and sustainable industry. I encourage all of you to read the report and to do what you can, both personally and collectively, to create change.
