Their new HD Gyro Flycam stabilised head is the lightest and quickest state of the art flying camera package on the planet. This unit is exclusive to them and brings a new dimension to constructing lightweight infrastructure to support it. Come along to HQ on Thursday August 20th (address below) and let Dane show you what this new head is all about. To give us something to look through, David Knight ACS of Gear Head will supply one of his ARRI Alexas to mount on the head - thank you David. Doors open at 6pm with proceedings starting just before 7pm.

will finish at close of business this coming Friday 21st August.This week will be your last chance to enter your work so dont waste time, use the online entry form available via the link below. Please note that there have been some changes to the Awards categories this year and the Awards committee encourages you to use the links and make yourself familiar with both the
Awards Categories 2015 and 2015 Award Entry Terms & Conditions documents. Remember, membership renewals were due for payment by the 1st July and you must be financial to enter the Awards. We wish you the very best of luck with your entries. Please direct any enquiries you may have to:

At the recent B&T Media Awards, the coveted 30 Most Powerful Women In Australian Media was announced with Vogue editor-in-chief, Edwina McCann topping the list, with great women including Ita Buttrose, Helen McCabe and Mia Freedman to follow. ACS NSW member and co-founder of Taste Creative, Henry Smith was thrilled to cheer on fellow co-founder Genevieve Clay-Smith as she brought home Australia's #1 Female Creative at the awards! Genevieve was awarded for her spectacular writing and direction on the Australia Post short film 'Work Mate', as well as a long list of creative campaigns and achievements - congratulations Genevieve.
Membership Renewals
In this busy world we inhabit I know that sometimes things are overlooked so this is a reminder to all members who have overlooked payment of membership fees which were due on July 1st.
You are currently unfinancial and if you remain so after September 1st you will be made inactive. So, please beat a path to our treasurer to make her happy and make you financial.
ACS NSW Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The NSW AGM will be held at ACS Headquarters at 6:30pm on Tuesday September 15th.
Information regarding nominations for committee and executive positions will be sent to you prior to that date.
