After a solid grounding on the lower rungs of the camera department ladder in his native New Zealand, Callan Green ACS moved to Sydney to begin his professional shooting career. Quite a few years and many awards later Callan is about to make a move to London to further that career but before he leaves he will be ACS NSWs feature guest at the April Drop In.
Come along to the Drop In on Thursday 16th April as Callan screens some of his award winning work and reveals how he prepared for and executed some of the many projects he has been involved with.
As usual, HQ doors (address below) will be open from 6pm with proceedings set to kick off at about 6:45pm.
National ACS sponsor Sony have just announced issue 5 of Cine Alta Magazine.
This issue also has a major Australian local angle, with the lead 32 page article covering the Katy Perry concert undertaken in Sydney at the end of last year and shot in 4K using twelve F55s and several FS7s.
As always this Sony publication will make great reading for ACS members, sponsors and friends.
