Kodak Presents Your Format Options Choices
Lawrence Horsburgh and Leigh Christensen will be presenting an introduction to Cinematographers Format "Choices".
Advancement in film technologies are empowering film makers across the world. With choices that make it easier to tell their stories, their way. This promises to be an interesting presentation. Tony Gardiner "The Maestro" screening, Q&A
Winner of Best Cinematography at this years Tropfest, Tony Gardiner will screen and discuss his work on the film for which he won the award "The Maestro".Shot over a period of ten weeks the film combines real time and time lapse and was shot with a Canon 5D mkII. There will be a Q&A after the screening so if you haven't yet seen the film this will be a great opportunity to do so and afterwards talk to the cinematographer who photographed it. Unfortunately due to the high demand for their camera Ron Aggett and Eran Dolev of Slow Motion Films will have to hold over the demonstration of the Photron BC-2 HD/2K high speed camera. Make a note in your diary or phone for Thursday 18th August - should be another interesting evening at ACS HQ.ACS NSW Membership Renewals
This message is for those who are yet to pay this year's subscriptions, as the ACS financial year is 1st July to 30th June.

As previously advised, the ACS new website allows direct payment of your subscriptions via your personal web page so no individual invoices are sent out. An 'invoice/receipt' will be sent out with your new year's member card for your records.
Your personal web page username is your surname plus the first two letters of your given name. You should have already received your password. If not, or if you are having difficulties, please contact:

The ACS relies on your subscriptions to provide the events, ACS Awards & facilities and although some members have paid, many have not!
