Bus Stop Films 2018 End of Year Showcase
Many of you would be aware that Bus Stop Films, with the support of AFTRS, teach film making to their intellectually disabled students of varying ages. Recently the Bus Stop Films 2018 End of Year Showcase, sponsored by and held at the Event Cinemas, George Street, Sydney took place.
The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret'd) and Mrs Hurley were in attendance as were and David and Marianne Wakeley representing the ACS. David spoke to the packed Event Cinema, of the ACS admiration and support of the amazing work being done by Bus Stop's Genevieve Clay Smith, Henry Smith and their dedicated team for people who otherwise would not have the chance to experience a way to use their obvious talents. With huge success Bus Stop Films continues to help and encourage their students to experience film making at first hand.
