NSW Presidents Message

Martin McGrath ACS & Camera Crew Webinar ~ Registration Link
Dear ACS membership and friends,

I hope you are all holding up as well as you can during these trying times.

In Australian at least it looks like we are past the worst Covid-19 and we are seeing productions starting up again and I hope that trend continues through he broader industry and you are all busy sooner rather than later.

I am very pleased that the NSW Branch has continued to host our monthly drop-ins via Zoom as they have proven to be very well received and viewed.  I wish to thank all those involved especially our guest Zöe White ACS and Roger Lanser ACS for your frank and open discussions both of which were very informative.  Congratulations to all.

This month we are fortunate to have Martin McGrath ACS who along with three of his crew will be speaking about Operation Buffalo and Ride Like A Girl.

Warm regards to you all.

Calvin Gardiner ACS

In a time of social distancing, it is important that we don’t lose our connection to one another and that we keep engaged in our creative pursuits. This is a great time to develop a new skill and spend time learning and investing in our creativity.
In recognising that this is a challenging time for some, AFTRS is offering an additional industry discount on all short courses (excluding Industry Certificates) between April and June. Use the promo code UPSKILL2020 when enrolling online and you will receive a further 20% off the industry price.
AFTRS offers a range of online courses developed and delivered by top industry practitioners. We combine the latest in industry-relevant contemporary practice and theory into all our coursework.
