Our Fearless leader Ron Johanson OAM ACS has been flat out zigzagging across the country for the ACS Awards Season. Ron is now taking a few moments to settle into his new home base in WA. As you have all come to expect the standard of Awards in each State and Territory presentation was extremely high and the opportunity for members to gather together and celebrate their colleagues' wonderful work is always a delight. Included below you'll find several links to the various awards nights, photos and their results, our congratulations to all involved. Whilst celebrating locally we also had members across the globe celebrating further Australian wins, with Greig Fraser ACS ASC taking out the Gold Frog in the Camerimage Main competition this year for Lion Congratulations Greig. Still to come are The AACTA Awards, with the winners of the 6th AACTA Awards presented by Foxtel to be announced across two major events in Sydney at The Star Event Centre:

Together they will be representing the ACS, and will provide an insight as to what was discussed, so we look forward to bringing you more on that next month. ....but first, if you weren't lucky enough to attend the NSW/ACT Awards recently, here's a little ditty from one particular Gold winner, Dale Alexander Bremner who surprised everyone with a poem when he accepted his award ! Without your patience to hold us up
