Jeff Galyan

Biography

Jeff Galyan first discovered his love of motion pictures and image-making as a teenager, when he made some of his own films using a home video camcorder. After graduating high school, he attended film school in the San Francisco Bay Area, then later studied cinematography at UCLA and Global Cinematography Institute, graduating from the latter with distinction in lighting and composition. Since moving to Los Angeles, where he currently resides, Jeff has made a name for himself as Director of Photography of several award-winning features, short films, and music videos. He has lensed everything from horror to sci-fi to dramatic films and television series.
